Full-time Field Staff

  • Company sponsored, employee only, medical health insurance (Anthem PPO $25 co-pay plan)
  • Company pays 75% of dependent medical health insurance premiums (based on the premium cost of Anthem PPO $25 co-pay plan)
  • Company sponsored Life Insurance - $50,000 employee only, $5,000 spouse and $1,000 - $2,000 child(ren)

  • 2.77 accrued sick leave hours, per pay period

Part-time Staff (effective 7/1/15)

  • 24 hours paid sick leave
